Not a bad start . . .

It needs a bit of work though. The melodies were a bit off beat, you should probably get them a little bit nicer sounding before using them. Also, it was a bit incomplete sounding, I don't think there was much of a bass there.

Other than that, I did enjoy listening to the melody, and I thought you did a nice job with making melodies that sounded good together. Keep working on it and I'm sure it'll turn out nicely.

Awesome

One of the best songs I've ever heard on Newgrounds.
I really liked the intro in particular, the melody had almost a sad side to it.

I know almost everyone has already complained about the 1:20 thing, but I'm going to again :P
I actually kind of liked it, but i should have been a little shorter, and instead of going right into the intro melody, it would have been nice if you made a seperate melody that went more into the sadder side of the intro (as the main theme seemed to go more to the happy side).

That was my original plan, to make another melody. But then there would be 4 melodies in the whole song which i thought would make it too crazy, As for shortening it, i was told to do that b4 i submitted and it completely slipped my mind and then kept going.

Sounded pretty awesome. The middle could have been a little nicer sounding instead of using the clashing sort of noise in the background, as the tune didn't really match with it. Also, at the end the percussion was too loud, it totally overpowered the music playing.

Didn't like it . . .

I found it to be a bit on the grating side. The main instrument was very loud, and there wasn't really any background music at all. The one part where there was a bit of a melody, it was all by itself with no percussion, which kind of took away from it.

If you make another song like this, add a bit more melody to make it more enjoyable to listen to.

If this is what this genre is supposed to sound like, then sorry for the low score, I just rate it on how much I enjoyed listening to it.
